Product Quality & Variations
Many of our products are entirely hand-crafted and/or hand-finished individually, in particular our products made from solid wood and some of our upholstered items. You may see slight variations in size, colour, finish, fabric, texture, grain patterns, knots, and movement of timber from batch to batch. These are unavoidable variations in the way products are made, we see them as additional character and do not class them as defects. Our product imagery, whilst we try to reflect as true to life as possible, are for reference purposes only. If you have any questions regarding our products don’t hesitate to get in touch.
