Any damages and discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of receipt of goods.
In the case of damages we would appreciate if you could photograph any damage or quality issues and email relevant photographs. This will help us see any issue(s) and allow us to offer advice and rectify things quickly and hassle-free.
If you would like to return an item please ensure that you keep and return it in its original packaging and that the product(s) has not been used or assembled. This will be required in the case of a return/refund being arranged. Shipping charges for returns vary between £7.50-£12.50 for small parcels and £25-£50 for larger items.
