Once an item has been despatched by us, please expect delivery to your nominated address within 2-3 working days for mainland UK. For larger items of furniture the courier will contact you prior to attempting delivery in order to agree a delivery slot. Deliveries are typically made between Monday-Friday.

General Delivery Information to Northern Ireland & UK offshore

Update 05.01.21: we will continue to take orders for customers based in Northern Ireland. Couriers and shipping will be impacted by Brexit throughout the rest of January and beyond. Item(s) on your order will be reserved for you in order to make the most of current sales and discounts, but please be aware despatch and delivery timescales will be extended. It is not possible to give any more accurate delivery timescales at present. All orders will be fulfilled as soon as reasonably possible.

Delivery charges to Northern Ireland and UK offshore cost slightly more than to mainland UK and are automatically calculated at checkout based on your item size and shipping address.

Northern Ireland and UK offshore can expect up to an additional 5-7 working days for delivery from the day of despatch. For larger items of furniture the courier will contact you prior to attempting delivery in order to agree a delivery slot. Deliveries are typically made between Monday-Friday.

Free delivery is not available to Northern Ireland and UK offshore.

Despatch Timescales

Why are some despatch times in weeks? There's a lot going on in the world right now with a particular impact on global shipping and delivery services. This can make lead times a little longer. We also only allocate stock to confirmed orders, so we don't have too much stock sitting around - it’s more economical and good for the environment this way. Rest assured we work as quickly as possible to get your order to you in a reasonable timescale.

Our Couriers

We use a number of different delivery partners due to the variations in product sizes, weights and shapes. Multiple products from the same order may be delivered at different times by different couriers. Confirmation of the courier(s) can be given when your order is ready to be despatched.

Moving House?

Congratulations. New furniture in a new home is the perfect combination, but we understand the logistical challenges you may face. If your expected move date is after our despatch date for a particular item, add a note to your order in the cart highlighting the date you think you would like the item delivering. When placing your order, use your existing address as the shipping address. Once you have moved home, drop an email to hello@iloveretro.co.uk with your order number and updated address and we will do the rest. We can update a delivery address up until an item is despatched.

UK Delivery Only

Unfortunately we don't accept international deliveries outside of the United Kingdom online yet, but do get in touch if you have an international enquiry.
