We aim to dispatch orders of items in stock within 24 hours of receiving them.
Please note we do not carry all of items in stock at I Love Retro, those with lead times or made to order will incur a longer delivery time and won’t be available for express shipping. This is specified on the product page of these items, please contact us about specific lead times if you are unsure.
If an item purchased is unexpectedly out of stock, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date and given the opportunity to wait, choose an alternative product or receive a full refund.
Standard UK mainland delivery takes between 2-5 working days.
Express Next Day orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Express next day means the next working day so if you require Saturday delivery you will need to select the Express Next Day Saturday option at checkout.
If you order a large furniture piece you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date. Please note it may be necessary to ship your item on a pallet to ensure it arrives safely. Should your item need to be delivered on a pallet then please ensure someone in your household can be available between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm, on your chosen day. A failed delivery of this type will incur an extra charge in order for redelivery to made. The vehicle will arrive with a tail-lift so that this can be unloaded without mechanical assistance. The pallet will ordinarily be left adjacent to the nearest available place for the vehicle to be parked. The driver is not obliged to help carry the item into your home so please ensure you have the means to do so.
If you aren’t in when delivery is attempted a calling card will be left for you to rearrange delivery at your convenience.
If an item is returned to us due to non-collection, you are responsible for paying repeat postage costs to resend the order.
Our carriers include Royal Mail, Yodel & UK Mail. International orders will be sent via Airmail. We can obtain quotes with DHL for international shipping, please contact us for a price.

£9.95 Europe (last shipping date for delivery before Christmas with Airmail is 8th December. Please contact us for a quote with DHL for quicker delivery)
£19.95 Rest of world (last shipping date for delivery before Christmas with Airmail is 1st December. Please contact us for a quote with DHL for quicker delivery)
Some larger items are not included in the above International shipping fee, if so you can submit your order to us for a shipping quote.
I Love Retro is not liable for any customs charges made in the recipients country. The customer is completely responsible for these fees.
At I Love Retro we’d like you to love every item you purchase from us, however, from time to time we understand that you may need to return an item. If you would like to make a return, please follow these 3 simple steps:
Email or call us to confirm your request
Please pack your item securely in its original unused condition and obtain proof of posting. We cannot refund lost or damaged items. Please remember to include your name/order number so we know who the order is from. Items will need to be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. We offer a collection service for those items too big or heavy take to the local post office. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating the item and your availability for collection. There is fee for this service.
Refunds will be processed as soon as your item has been received back and checked by a member of our warehouse team, when request to return is made within 14 days from receipt of delivery.
A credit note will be issued if the request to return is made after 14 days from receipt of delivery.
Personalised or made to order items are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty.
Any opened rolls of wallpaper cannot be refunded.
Please note SALE items are non-refundable unless faulty. You may return items in the sale for a credit note. Please note sale items must be returned within 14 days from receipt of delivery.
Gift Vouchers / E-vouchers are non-refundable.
FOR FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
Please email the office at email@example.com, within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. When emailing you must include a photograph of the damaged/faulty item. We will then be able to discuss a replacement or a refund for you.
Please DO NOT return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. We are unable to refund any postage costs incurred if you return damaged items without contacting us.
