Delivery times & charges

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment unless otherwise stated.

Please note all orders dispatched Monday 19th December onwards will be sent 1st class recorded or EXPRESS 48 depending on weight. If you require special delivery please contact us for a quote.

Delivery charges are per basket, this is one simple charge regardless of how many items purchased, this fee includes postal insurance:

Returns policy

Please contact us at info@iloveretro.co.uk if you wish to return an item.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition/packaging.

Please get proof of posting and ensure packaging is secure as it may not be possible to replace or refund an item lost/damaged during transit. Please include a note stating the reason for the return. We will offer a replacement or refund the cost of the item. Please note postage is only refunded if the item is defective. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
